The courage to let the path change us.
No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it is not the same river and he is not the same man.
(Heraclitus)

For reading Becoming, we suggest listening
"Fall Away" by Ayla Nereo
Day and night go by.
Until the weeks settle
into a rhythm.
We open a window.
We step through.
Exploring.
Until we find our place,
where we want to stay.
We cling to a moment,
as if the moment
could remain.
And slowly,
without noticing,
comfort becomes attachment.
Attachment becomes confusion.
Confusion becomes forgetting.
Who am I?
Where am I heading?
Why am I holding
what is already asking
to be released?
Pulled to the known.
Pulled to the unknown.
Afraid to leave.
Afraid to remain.
And yet,
beneath the noise,
the path is clear.
And the path
must be walked.
No time to cling.
Observe.
Absorb.
Receive what the moment came to teach.
Bless what is passing.
Honor what has been.
Let go,
and keep wandering.
Remaining the same,
yet becoming different.
Because everything is change.
And everything is connected.
Everything returns,
but what returns
is not what went away.
You may think you know me.
But I barely know myself.
Do not cling to me,
as that would not allow me to be.
Come and walk with me,
and let us find who we shall be.
The journey has only begun.
It never ends, just keeps changing.
From going in circles,
to ascending in spirals.
I only know that I want to know,
who I am and who we are.
Yo no lo sé, pero lo Creo/
I do not know, but I believe, and so it is
