One who sees perceives.
One who hears understands.
One who grasps comprehends.
One who believes knows.
(Matshona Dhliwayo)

Do we know that we know?
How certain are we?
We recognise what
our senses,
perception,
sensations
bring to us.
We belief
what we see,
what we hear,
what we feel,
what we belief.
It is our construction
and interpretation
and understanding
of reality.
When we know
that we know,
we just know.
No need
for proof,
nor evidence.
No need
to argue.
No need
to say anything.
A feeling,
a knowing,
a pleasant,
peaceful,
calmness,
certitude.
A memory of something that was,
coming back to remind us that it is.
That knowing is enough
to know that we know.
Now that we know, that we know.
Who do we want to share that knowing with?
What for?
How?
When?
No need to use words.
Just open your eyes,
and see what is to be seen.
Shared understanding
comes from a shared vision.
Looking through the eyes,
allows us to know,
that they know,
that we know,
that they know.
When we know,
that they know,
and they know,
that we know,
we share our perception
of what is.
We can see them,
and they can see us.
Only to find ourselves seeing,
with our eye closed.
Only to realise,
that true knowing
requires to know,
what to ignore.
Knowing ourselves,
ignoring what we were told,
becoming who we are,
becoming the one,
the one we have always been,
the one we are,
the one shall always be,
one with the whole,
the one we know.
