Love has no labels, no definitions.
It is what it is, pure and simple.
Love is the water of life.
And a lover is a soul of fire!
The universe turns differently when fire loves water
(Shams Tabrizi)

I drink.
You pour.
I open.
You enter.
I rise.
You hold.
We breathe.
We dissolve.
Water meets fire.
Fire holds water.
Mist ascends,
Light descends.
Not two,
Not one,
A triad pulsing
incandescent Love.
Beloved,
come drink,
from this water.
This water is not only to quench,
it replenishes,
it awakens.
yet,
keeps you longing for more.
Cool,
fluid,
soothing,
refreshing.
It moves
through you,
within you,
in you,
with you,
being you,
within,
and without.
It replenishes,
yet,
leaves a deeper thirst.
A thirst only
conjiuntio
satisfies.
For in its
mystery,
lies the ancient wisdom:
the more
you give,
the more
you receive.
There is no
first sip,
nor final drop.
No beginning.
No end.
Only the endless
dance
of offering
and eternal return.
If you know,
you know.
If you have,
you give.
And when you give,
you give beyond measure.
You give
yourself,
until you lose
yourself,
to find
yourself,
and become
whole,
separated no more.
You give
yourself,
until what was
you,
dissolves into what is
all,
and the illusion
of separation,
melts and
dissolves.
Soul of
fire,
bring your
heat
to these sacred
waters.
Watch them
rise
as vaporous mist.
Water
becomes
vapour.
Vapour
returns
drizzling.
Each transformation
is a reminder:
nothing is lost,
all is metamorphosed.
This mystery
pervades
and penetrates
everything
everyone,
here,
there
everywhere.
Fire
and
water
seeking
one
another.
The flame
searching
for its vessel.
Water
waiting to be embraced
by Fire.
The grail,
brimming
with life’s water,
patiently waiting
for the incandescent
kiss
of the flame.
Together
they ascend
to the heavens
as a single,
shimmering
breath.
Alight
your fire.
Bring
joy
to the world.
Hold your waters
within the grail
of your being.
Receive
the tender warmth
of the flame’s caress.
And remember,
that you,
too,
are part
of the great
cycle
of giving
and becoming.
As we all are.
