Your deepest roots are in nature. No matter who you are, where you live or what kind of live you lead, you remain irrevocable linked with the rest of creation.
(Charles Cook)

Disoriented.
Unsettled.
Lost.
Shaken.
Anxious.
Wandering.
Flying.
Navigating.
Gathering.
Landing.
Observing.
Connecting.
Silencing.
Grounding.
Integrating.
Invocating.
Reconnecting.
Rooting.
Present in the here and now, I listen to the voices and let my self be guided through the forest.
The mother tree lets itself be seen, be known.
I answer to her call, let my self be embrassed and nurtured.
My space is secured, my nest opens up and I place my self within.
The base of my spine connects.
Roots flow up to the core of mother Earth.
I reconnect with the Mother.
We are all one.
My lungs breathe from the leaves.
My arms are branches flowing with the breeze and the wind.
My body exposed receives the rays emanating from Father Sun.
Rooting through the soil, feeling the leaves falling.
My body is one with the body of it all.
My essence is naturally merged into Mother Nature.
I remember who I am and let my self go.
I embrasse being without doing anything.
Time stops.
I embark on a journey without space nor time.
Embodying the spirit by rooting into this lands.
Nothing is what it seems.
Everything is left unseen.
Because we are looking without seeing.
And only seeing what we want to see.
Rooted from within.
Close your eyes and see.
Yo lo Creo/
I believe so, and so it is
